Application:
Wine: It reacts and precipitates the proteins. It is a natural and quite effective system to purify and protect the wine, especially the white one, against oxidation.
Beer: It is particularly suitable for the clarification of beers, cause of its high molecular weight and the very light colour.
Beverages: For the purification from the proteins in solution, to avoid fermentation, and to preserve from the air and light oxidation.
Packing:
In 25 kg net fiber drums with inner PE bag.
Storage Recommendations:
Preserve in tight, light-resistant containers.
